At Wigonia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned, and we’ve made the process as simple as possible

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

How to Return 1 Email our customer service team at returns@wigonia.com to request a return authorization number (RAN) 2 Package your item(s) securely in their original packaging 3 Include your RAN and order details in the package 4 Ship the package to: Wigonia Returns [Your Address]

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days Refunds will be issued to the original payment method Original shipping costs are non-refundable Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

Exceptions We cannot accept returns on: Sale items marked as “Final Sale” Personal care items that have been opened or used Custom or personalized items Items damaged due to customer misuse

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost

Exchange Policy We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability Please follow the same return process and indicate your preferred replacement in your return request email
